Somebody help. How do I transfer my postings from google docs to my blog? ASAP

I went through some of the PD sites and discovered that it it easy to dig a sandtrap and get stuck or totally messed up. Some of the stuff I posted on my google docs which I wanted to share onto my blog talked about one of the PD sites I was on and discovered that some pornography surfaced which was more than I really ever wanted to learn. I was surfing on the education podcast and saw some inappropriate language which I clicked because I was very sure that it would not have any inappropriate material but sure enough. It was more than I bargained for but it reinforced how important our role is as educators to continually teach our students about internet safety.
